102  <p>Wazomind came out of those meetings. Years of client calls and leadership reviews - distilling performance data into reasoning that had to be defended on the spot - made the gap obvious. Transcription tools had become excellent at telling you what happened after a call ended. Nothing helped while the conversation was still going, and the few that tried did it by hiding.</p>

106  <p>It was built end to end by one person: a Rust desktop shell with dual-channel audio capture, real-time transcription with speaker separation, a retrieval layer grounding every suggestion in the user's own documents, the Chrome extension, the billing, and this website. That is also why the product is opinionated - every trade-off was made by someone who sat through the meetings it is for.</p>
