Acceptable Use &amp; Zero-Tolerance Policy</h2><p data-v-22be108c> By using Pawsitive Foster, you agree that you will not post, share, transmit, or upload any content — including messages, comments, animal notes, plea responses, photos, or any other user-generated content — that is: </p><ul data-v-22be108c><li data-v-22be108c>Unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another person&#39;s privacy</li><li data-v-22be108c>Obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable</li><li data-v-22be108c>Hateful, discriminatory, or designed to bully, intimidate, or harm another user</li><li data-v-22be108c>False, misleading, or intended to deceive other users, coordinators, or organizations</li><li data-v-22be108c>Infringing on the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity</li><li data-v-22be108c>Containing malware, spam, or unauthorized solicitations</li></ul><p data-v-22be108c> You also agree that you will not engage in abusive behavior toward other users, including harassment, stalking, impersonation, or repeated unwanted contact. </p><h3 data-v-22be108c>Zero tolerance</h3><p data-v-22be108c> Pawsitive Foster has <strong data-v-22be108c>zero tolerance</strong> for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this policy, without prior notice. </p><h3 data-v-22be108c>Reporting</h3><p data-v-22be108c> Any user can report objectionable content or abusive behavior using the in-app report mechanism or by contacting us at <a href="mailto:[email protected]" data-v-22be108c>[email protected]</a>. We review reports and take action — including content removal and account termination — <strong data-v-22be108c>within 24 hours</strong>. </p><h3 data-v-22be108c>Agreement</h3><p data-v-22be108c> Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms.
