Check the tabs above for step-by-step instructions for each method.`},{question:`What is mobileRx?`,answer:`mobileRx is a free pharmacy app that lets you request refills directly from your phone. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then search for "Ready Meds" to connect to our pharmacy.`},{question:`What do I need to refill a prescription?`,answer:`For the mobileRx app, you can enter your prescription number or scan the barcode on your bottle. For fax refills, complete the refill request form with the patient's details and medications. For phone refills, just have your Rx numbers ready.`},{question:`When should I put in a refill?`,answer:`Routine medications are set up for automatic delivery on a monthly cycle, so they arrive without you having to request them. As-needed (PRN) medications are refilled when you request them. Whenever you do need a refill, request it 5-7 days before you run out so we have time to resolve any issues that might come up, such as insurance approvals.`},{question:`How long does it take to process a refill?`,answer:`Most refills of non-urgent medications are processed and delivered within 48-72 hours. If you need a medication urgently, please call us and speak directly with a pharmacy staff member.`},{question:`Can I refill multiple medications at once?`,answer:`Yes. All three methods support multiple refills. Add as many prescriptions as you need in the mobileRx app, list them on the fax form, or provide all your Rx numbers when calling.`},{question:`What if my prescription has no refills remaining?`,answer:`If you have no refills left, our pharmacy team will contact your prescriber on your behalf to request an authorization. This may take a few additional business days.`},{question:`Why isn't my Rx number working?`,answer:`Rx numbers are specific to the pharmacy that filled the prescription, so make sure your label shows Ready Meds Pharmacy. If it does and the number still isn't working, call the phone number on the bottle and we'll help you sort it out.`}],r=[{question:`Why did my copays suddenly increase at the beginning of the year?`,answer:`You may not have met your deductible yet. Most insurance plans require you to pay a set amount each year before they start covering costs. For example, if your deductible is $500, you'll pay the first $500 of pharmacy charges yourself. After that, your plan begins sharing the cost. If you have Medicare Part D, your out-of-pocket costs also reset at the start of each year, so copays can return in January. Once those costs reach Medicare's annual cap, you'll have zero copays for the rest of the year.`},{question:`Why did I get a bill when I have insurance?`,answer:`Your insurance plan may not cover every prescription or service we provide. It's your responsibility to understand your policy's benefits and requirements. Ready Meds has no control over what your plan covers or how much it pays. For specific questions about your benefits or copays, please contact your insurance company directly.`},{question:`Why did I get a bill when I have Medicaid (DSHS)?`,answer:`A few situations can cause this. If you have subsidized employer or union retiree drug benefits, you'll need to join a Medicare Part D plan to qualify for the Extra Help program. Your current plan may not be compatible with Medicaid, and Medicaid won't cover the copays. If you already have Medicare Part D, Social Security may have determined you don't qualify for the Low Income Subsidy Level 3 (zero copays). To update your subsidy level, call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 or ask your social worker for assistance.`},{question:`Why does my statement say insurance was covered but the insurance paid amount is zero?`,answer:`We submit claims electronically and your insurance company has accepted the claim. You may not have hit your deductible or copay threshold yet, so the plan hasn't started paying its share. The amount you owe is a negotiated price between Ready Meds and your insurance. For details on your specific plan, please contact your insurance company directly.`},{question:`Why is the amount due twice as much this month, or why are some prescriptions on my statement twice?`,answer:`We deliver medications on a 28-day cycle, but statements are generated once a month. Because there are 365 days in a year, that works out to 13 deliveries across 12 statements, so at least one statement per year will include two deliveries for the same prescription.`},{question:`Why can't you fill 30 or 90 days at a time?`,answer:`We deliver four 7-day multidose packs every 28 days. Per Washington state regulations, multidose packs are only valid for a maximum of two months, and many of our patients have frequent medication changes. The 28-day cycle keeps prescriptions current and reduces waste from repackaging.`},{question:`Why are there two fills for one prescription on my statement?`,answer:`This usually happens for one of three reasons: (1) the prescription has both a routine schedule and an as-needed (PRN) attachment, and the facility requested the PRN order in addition to the routine cycle delivery; (2) the prescription is PRN-only and was requested more than once that month; or (3) the prescription is brand new. When we receive a new routine Rx, we send enough supply to last until the next primary delivery date.`},{question:`Can I view my statement online?`,answer:`Yes. The same portal used for online payments also allows you to view your current statement. You'll need to create an online account first. Click the Pay Now button on this page to get started.`},{question:`What payment methods are accepted?`,answer:`We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment portal, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Online payments can also be made by ACH if you have your bank routing and account numbers. Please note that if a payment is returned for any reason, a $40.00 returned check fee will be charged to your account.`},{question:`Is online payment secure?`,answer:`Yes. All payments are processed through our encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway. You can also choose to securely save your card to your wallet for faster future payments.`},{question:`What should I enter as the payment amount?`,answer:`Enter the exact amount shown in the Full Amount Due box on your invoice or statement. If you're unsure of your balance, call us at 1-877-425-6337, option 3, and we'll look it up for you.`}];export{n as i,e as n,t as r,r as t};
