The Service includes:</p> <ul class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Free Plan:</strong> Full access to core features with local data storage</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Pro Plan:</strong> All Free features plus cloud sync across devices</li></ul> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, 7 with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, 8 suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.</p></section> <section class="legal-section svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">3. Intellectual Property Rights</h2> <h3 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">5.1 Our Intellectual Property</h3> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">The Service, including the application, website, logo, trademarks, and all content, is owned by 16 PangoTerm or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual 17 property laws.</p> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service 18 for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. The Free plan is 23 provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties.</p> <h3 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">6.2 Pro Plan</h3> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">The Pro plan costs $9.99 per month and includes cloud sync features. By subscribing, you agree to:</p> <ul class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Pay the subscription fee in advance each billing period</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">
23Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in Section 6.5</li></ul> <h3 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">6.3 Free Trial</h3> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">New users receive a 21-day free trial of Pro features. Your subscription will not be charged 24 during the trial period. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, you will 25 automatically revert to the Free plan.</p> <h3 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">6.4 Payment Processing</h3> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Payments are processed by Paystack, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment 26 information, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. We do not store your credit card details.</p> <h3 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">6.5 Refund Policy</h3> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">We offer a <strong class="svelte-1e0rsuc">14-day money-back guarantee</strong> for new Pro subscriptions. If you are 27 not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial 28 purchase by contacting <a href="mailto:[email protected]" class="svelte-1e0rsuc">[email protected]</a>.</p> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Refunds are not available for:</p> <ul class="svelte-1e0rsuc"><li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Renewal charges after the first billing period</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Partial month refunds (if you cancel mid-cycle)</li> <li class="svelte-1e0rsuc">Accounts suspended for Terms violations</li></ul> <h3 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">6.6 Price Changes</h3> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect 29 your current billing cycle. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes 30 effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription.</p> <h3 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">6.7 Cancellation</h3> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting 31 support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain 32 Pro access until that date, after which you will revert to the Free plan.</p> <p class="svelte-1e0rsuc">If you cancel, your cloud sync data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.</p></section> <section class="legal-section svelte-1e0rsuc"><h2 class="svelte-1e0rsuc">7. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party 40 services.
