Meshcapade shall not be liable in the event of a\n slightly negligent breach of ancillary obligations that are not cardinal obligations.\n4. A change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the\n Customer is not associated with this.\n5. If the Customer suffers damage due to the loss of data, Meshcapade shall not be liable for this\n insofar as this damage could have been avoided by a regular and complete backup of such data.\n7. In particular, in the event of disruptions to the technical infrastructure or the Internet\n connection, Meshcapade shall be released from its obligation to perform. This also applies if\n Meshcapade is prevented from performing due to force majeure or other circumstances, the\n elimination of which is not possible or economically reasonable for Meshcapade.\n\n## 13. Notice of termination may be provided in text form, _e.g._ by e-mail.\n5. The right of the Parties to extraordinary termination without notice for cause shall remain\n unaffected.\n\n## 15. Changes to these GTC\n\n1. Meshcapade may change these GTC during the Contract Term in compliance with the following\n procedure, provided that the amendment is reasonable for Customer, _i.e._ without significant\n legal or economic disadvantages, taking into account the interests of Customer and that there is\n a valid reason for the amendment. Such a reason exists, in particular, in cases of new technical\n developments or changes in the regulatory environment.\n2. Meshcapade shall inform Customer of any changes to these GTC at least 30 days before the planned\n entry into force of the changes. Customer may object to the changes within 30 days from receipt\n of the notification. If no objection is made and the customer continues to use the Service after\n expiry of the objection period, the changes shall be deemed to have been effectively agreed for\n all Services to be provided from the end of the objection period. In the notification, Meshcapade\n will inform the Customer of all relevant changes to the GTC, the objection period and the legal\n consequences of the expiry of the objection period without exercise of the right of objection. If\n the Customer objects to the changes, Meshcapade may terminate the contract pursuant to\n Section\xa014.3.\n\n## 16. Final provisions\n\n1. Should individual provisions of the contract be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall\n not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.\n2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply with the exception of its provisions on\n the choice of law which w

For Customers who are consumers (_Verbraucher_)\n   and who are domiciled in another European country but Germany, the mandatory provisions of the\n   consumer protection laws of the member state in which the consumer is domiciled shall also apply,\n   provided that these are more advantageous for the consumer than the provisions of the German law.\n3. For Customers who are merchants (_Kaufleute_) within the meaning of the German Commercial Code\n   (_Handelsgesetzbuch_), a special fund (_Sonderverm\xf6gen_) under public law or a legal entity under\n   public law, T\xfcbingen, Germany, shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes\n   arising from the contractual relationship.\n'})},h=function(){return(0,a.jsx)(s,{})}},49685:e=>{e.exports={root:"termsOfService_root__lvxQy"}},50783:e=>{e.exports={root:"markdownLayout_root__HKLyA",video:"markdownLayout_video__37tKD",loader:"markdownLayout_loader__gBfOB",markdown:"markdownLayout_markdown__1SxDm markdown"}},89358:(e,t,n)=>{(window.__NEXT_P=window.__NEXT_P||[]).push(["/terms-of-service",function(){return n(20975)}])}},e=>{e.O(0,[6340,3774,4557,2349,6961,636,6593,8792],()=>e(e.s=89358)),_N_E=e.O()}]);
