Butcherâs Manifesto was founded at the first Meat Summit in Copenhagen in 2016, a pioneer event that brought together butchers from around the world.</p> 146<p>At this founding event, the 25 participating butchers agreed on five basic principles, which formed a manifesto that lays the foundation for the survival of the butcherâs trade.
