The C.A.S.E.™ Standard

Operational governance architecture and technical specifications for Human-Attuned AI.

The first governance standard to make Psychological Safety a normative requirement. Clause-by-clause specifications your teams can implement, audit and defend, mapped to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2 and GDPR.

Why a standard

Principles set intent. A standard makes it enforceable.

Most organizations have adopted AI tools, but the human side (oversight, trust, escalation) was never built alongside the technical rollout. The C.A.S.E.™ Standard gives you the specification to close that gap before it shows up as workforce resistance, shadow workflows or legal exposure.

Executive leaders

CHROs, CROs, CDOs and CISOs who need governance that holds up under regulatory and operational scrutiny, not a compliance checklist.

Program & operations leads

Chiefs of Staff, program and operations leaders who carry AI initiatives day to day and need defined roles, controls and escalation paths.

Practitioners & builders

Researchers, developers and practitioners who want to build within the Standard or prepare their systems for conformity.

About the author

Brittnee Savage, PMP®

Founder & Principal Advisor, B.AI Group

Brittnee is the founder of the Human-Attuned AI discipline and author of the C.A.S.E.™ Standard. She helps organizations govern not just what an AI system does, but the conditions around it: who has authority, when it escalates, and how people stay protected while it’s running.

Before founding B.AI Group, she architected human systems at the intersection of strategy, governance and operations, including roles at AWS and TriNetX, leading complex projects in highly regulated industries.

Questions

Before you order

➜Which edition do I need?

Choose Standard Architecture if you need the specification itself, to evaluate, reference or align existing governance. Choose the Toolkit if your team will implement it: the 10 governance templates, decision tables and playbooks turn each clause into working practice.

➜How does it relate to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001?

The Standard translates those frameworks into enforceable operational controls. Both editions include the full mapping: the C.A.S.E.™ mechanism for each requirement and the artifact that serves as conformity evidence.

➜We already have AI governance in place. Is this still relevant?

Yes. Governance platforms manage model inventories and compliance checklists; C.A.S.E.™ governs the operational conditions and human-machine workflows around those models. To verify whether what you’ve built meets the Standard, explore the C.A.S.E.™ Conformity Assessment.

➜Can B.AI Group apply it with us?

Yes. The cleanest entry point is the C.A.S.E.™ Use Case Stress Test: a 90-minute pressure-test of one AI use case for $3,500. For organization-wide work, the Readiness Sprint and Standard Deployment are scoped through a fit call.

Governance requirements, not afterthoughts.

Order the ratified Standard, or bring one AI use case to a Stress Test and see how it holds.
