I was passed between three salesmen to make a simple weed eater purchase, then the salesman did not know where the owners manual was, that I had to come back when someone else was working. I requested the gas/oil mix and they sold me oil only which I did not notice.

The team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a small repair project and they made sure we had the right lumber for the project!

Don't belive their prices, the sticker will say one thing and they will try to charge you a different price at the counter. And if you also how to resolve the false advertising they just say they forgot to do their jobs and update prices. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a store. I guess online shopping is the way to go now days.

Shannon was super helpful when my friend and I had a problem with a key fob for a rental car. The world would be a better place with more people like her!!!

These folks are always courteous and helpful. In Mammoth, we have (2) "hardware" stores. High Country lends more to building materials. DIY lends itself more to the homeowner. Both are wonderful stores.

With the absurd amounts of snow in Mammoth there was no where to park. The lumber yard workers let me park by, you guessed it, the lumber. Got keys made & a few other items. Excellent service & free popcorn.

Great place. Good people, very helpful. They have a great paint shop, sometimes you can call ahead with 24 hr notice from needed pick up time and they will have what you need mixed in Bishop and driven up (from Bishop store. Good array of things, seasonal appropriate items, that can basically order you anything you need. Great to have them in Mammoth.

Only lumber in town and awesome place to get what you need for fixing up your house. Ace is the high country place.

This is a great store that has a wide selection of goods. In addition to lumber, they have a well stocked Ace hardware store plus a paint store that carries high quality Benjamin Moore. But the best of all is the friendly staff who seem to genuinely care about you and your needs. My expectations were exceeded when a staff person escorted me personally to the paint store(a separate building) to locate much needed FRP panel adhesive! Thanks a bunch!
