Structure
How a building enters a defined process: diligence, structuring, and the disclosures around it.
OneAsset has applied to the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) for a licence to carry out virtual asset activities. That application is pending for approval.
OneAsset brings asset structuring, servicing, reporting and transfer controls into one system for tokenized commercial real estate.
How a building enters a defined process: diligence, structuring, and the disclosures around it.
How ownership is issued, with who can participate and under what controls already set.
The work that continues after issuance: distributions, disclosures, and asset-level reporting.
When ownership moves, it moves for eligible participants, on defined terms.
Tokenization is one step in a much larger real estate lifecycle. OneAsset is being built around the legal, operational and reporting requirements that continue before and after issuance.
Placing an asset onchain does not create trust. The asset, the legal structure and the operating controls do.
Ownership, eligibility, reporting, transfer and lifecycle are being built as one layer, not five separate providers.
Access follows the asset. Tokenization only works when the property, the structure and the reporting are credible.
We do not follow momentum. Compliance, reporting and lifecycle controls sit in the design from the start.
OneAsset is building market infrastructure for institutional-grade commercial real estate. It is designed around the full lifecycle of tokenized commercial real estate, bringing together asset structuring, servicing, reporting and transfer controls within a single operating framework.
OneAsset is being built for institutional and individual investors, as well as asset owners, asset managers and distribution partners.
The intended audience may, in future, extend to retail investors over time. Access to any future service or offering will depend on the applicable regulatory approvals, jurisdiction and investor eligibility requirements.
OneAsset is being built around the full lifecycle of tokenized commercial real estate, rather than issuance alone.
This includes the structures, controls, servicing, reporting and transfer processes required before and after a token is issued.
Tokenization uses digital infrastructure to record contractual entitlements that are referable to a real-world asset.
A token can support how those interests are issued, recorded, administered and transferred. The underlying rights continue to depend on the applicable legal structure, documentation and ownership records.
The rights attached to any future investment will depend on the legal and commercial structure of the relevant offering.
The applicable offering documents will define the investor’s ownership rights, economic entitlements, restrictions and risks. A digital token should be considered together with those documents and the relevant ownership records.
OneAsset is developing a review process covering the asset, documentation, economics and relevant operating requirements.
The assessment criteria and due diligence requirements may vary according to the asset, jurisdiction and proposed offering structure. The inclusion of an asset on the platform would not constitute a guarantee of its performance.
Blockchain provides the digital infrastructure through which contractual entitlements can be recorded, administered and transferred within defined eligibility and transfer conditions.
It supports the legal and operational framework around an asset; it does not replace the relevant agreements, ownership records or regulatory requirements.

Any future commercial real estate or private-market investment would involve risk, including possible loss of capital, changes in asset value, income variability and limited liquidity. A token may lose its value in whole or in part; its value may be volatile, and an investor could lose all of the money or other value invested. An investor would not benefit from any form of financial protection or compensation scheme. A token may not be liquid, and there is no guarantee that it could be transferred or sold, or that any transfer would be reversible.
Tokenization does not remove the risks associated with the underlying asset or guarantee that an investment can be transferred or sold.
