Plano Youth Soccer annually sponsors the Don Collins Memorial Scholarship for graduating seniors living within the Plano Independent School District.

The scholarship was created in memory of Mr. Don Collins, who was an original founder and past president of the Plano Youth Soccer Association.  

 Applications available beginning in January of each year.

The deadline to submit your application is Friday, March 20, 2026.

The Plano Youth Soccer Association is pleased to welcome Amber Ostrander as our new President.

Amber has been an active member of the PYSA Board of Directors, serving as Vice President of Recreational Leagues since 2022. Prior to joining the board, she dedicated eight years as a PYSA Recreational League Coach (2014–2022), demonstrating her commitment to providing a positive soccer experience for our players and families.

Amber's long-standing commitment to youth, volunteer leadership, and the Plano community makes her exceptionally well-qualified to lead PYSA. We look forward to her leadership and vision as we continue to serve our players, families, coaches, and volunteers.

PYSA and PPIL Dates

7/1/2026          Home Association and  PPIL Registration Begins.

7/27/2026        Deadline for teams playing in the PPIL Placement Games
                        (except U11B trying out for Classic).

8/3/2026          12:00pm Deadline for U11B that did not make Classic.

8/14-8/16        Placement Tournament - Over Flow/Inclement Weather plan for games
                       the following week/weekend (8/18-8/23).       

8/17/2026       Deadline for teams wanting the lowest division of PPIL. 

8/21/2026       Deadline-  Conflict Form

9/12/2026       Season Begins.

 11/8/2026       Season Ends

(Please do not schedule any tournaments during league play)

Update to Club Pass Rule for 2026/2027 Season:
1) For any age groups that are combined for league play (i.e. U17-U19 which would  play in U19), we will allow CP players to come from any age group within that division (i.e. a U17 team could have a U18 player as a CPP)
2) Club Pass Players have to be rostered on a NTSSA roster, no US Club or USSSA rostered players.  The NTSSA league restriction has been removed from the club pass rule.

U4-U19 Season will Begin September 12, 2026
